  • We accept returns within Fourteen (14) days of purchase (the date you receive your order) in the UK and Twenty One (21) days for EU orders. 
  • Returns received after this period will not be accepted and you may be liable for the postage costs to return the item(s) back to you. So pls make sure you return item(s) in time!
  • Products must be unworn and in its original packaging with all the tags still attached. Failure to comply may result in you incurring a restocking fee of up to 50% deducted from your refund. 
  • Please do not post the item(s) until you receive an email from us with the return address and instructions for the return.
  • Please read the instructions carefully. Failure to comply with the given instructions may result in your return being delayed by up to 60 days.
  • Please do not post anything to Amazon. We are not liable for any missing items sent to the wrong address. 
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Unless we send you the wrong product, size or faulty item(s).

How to create a Return Request If you have an account with us.
  1. Start your return by clicking LOG IN > ACCOUNT > COMPLETED ORDERS > RETURN ITEM
  2. Once you have found your order, click the "Return item(s)" button
  3. Select the order then the item(s) you would like to return and mention the reason for your return.
  4. Choose a return for online store credit or for a refund.
  5. Submit Return Request.
  6. Read and NOTE return instructions and address. You will also receive an email with the return instructions and return address.
  7. Post us the item(s) back with your order no#
  8. We do not notify customers when we receive the parcel. However, we will update the return status which you will receive via email. 
  9. Paypal refunds will be made within 3 working days. Please allow up to 7 working days for card payment refunds and up to 10 working days during SALE periods. 
  10. We'll pay the return shipping costs ONLY if the return is a result of our error (you received wrong size, defective item, etc.)

Guest Checkout Return
If you purchased as a guest... for next time create an account, it's much easier, promise.

2.Please make sure you include your order number, your name and your mobile number inside the parcel.  Without these details, we will be unable to identify your order and your return may be delayed by up to 60 days so please make sure you don't send anonymous parcels!
 
3.The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please make sure they are packed properly and can't get damaged on the way.

4. We also suggest our customers to use a tracked service to be eligible for compensation in case the carrier loses your parcel. We can not be held responsible for any lost parcels. 

5.Please note, we do not have a free post option available. If you are posting the item(s) as free post it may get lost with Royal Mail and we will not be able to process your return. 

6.Once we receive the return item(s), it will be processed within  3 working days inshaAllah. You will receive an email once it's processed. 

7. You will only be refunded for the product price, unfortunately, we are unable to refund postage costs. 

8. Paypal refunds will be made within 3 working days. Please allow up to 7 working days for card payment refunds and up to 10 working days during SALE periods. 
Refunds will be automatically issued back to the payment method you used to place your original order. 

9.We'll pay the return shipping costs ONLY if the return is a result of our error (you received wrong size, defective item, etc.)

10. We are only able to refund your order via the same method used to pay for it. 
 
Please note, failing to comply with our return policy may result in a non-refund or delay in processing your return. Should you require further assistance, please feel free to call us. It's better to call us if you are unsure about anything than make avoidable errors.
