FAULTY ITEM

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY ITEM IN MY ORDER?

We want to sort out any issues with faulty items straightaway.

As soon as you discover a fault, please contact our Customer Care team with:

  • The order number
  • The faulty item's name and number
  • A description of the fault

We'll get back to you as soon as we can and send you a replacement item as quickly as we can.

 

MISSING ITEM

I'M MISSING AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?

  • We most likely  have sent your items in separate parcels so please check your emails to see whether you have an email to say your order was 'partially shipped'
  • If your order has been sent in different parcels- you can call us to find out which part of your order is sent from our office and which from our fulfilment partner (Amazon)
  • If an item is missing, please contact our Customer Care team with the order number and the missing item's name and number. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.

 

WRONG ITEM RECIEVED

I HAVE AN INCORRECT ITEM IN MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?

CAN I AMEND or cancel MY ORDER AFTER I'VE PLACED IT?

We're really quick at packing your order up which means we can't make any changes once you've placed it. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or payment method.

However, you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one instead.

You can cancel an order by calling us on 0800 0855 540 within the first hour of the order being placed. 

 

CAN I GET A REFUND IF THE PRICE HAS CHANGED SINCE I ORDERED IT?

As an online business our  prices change in response to fashion trends, stock and demand from customers. In this case we will not refund the difference.
