HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
You can use any of the payment types listed below to pay for your order. We take your security very seriously, therefore your details are safe with us.
We also take fraud very seriously, so all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer. If the country you order from differs to your delivery and billing address, we will email you for Identity Verification. You will need to provide a valid Photo ID in order for us to process your order.
You only need to enter your payment details when you get to 'Checkout.' We do not save your payment details on our system.
HOW DO I USE PAYPAL TO PAY FOR MY ORDER?
To pay with PayPal, you'll need to set up a PayPal account on the PayPal website. It only takes a few minutes to open a PayPal account and it's free.
Why pay with PayPal?
- It's safer: shop at thousands of websites without sharing your financial details.
- It's faster: with no need to type in your card details, you can check out in a few clicks.
- It's easier: all you need is an email address and password to pay online.
WHEN WILL MY ACCOUNT BE CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?
If your card is authorised, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful.
If your card is not authorised, payment will not be taken, and we'll email to let you know your bank or card issuer didn't authorise the payment.
Please remember that even if a payment isn't authorised, it may look like Islamic Design House has still taken the money as some card issuers may still reserve the money, for a short period of time.
