CAN YOU TELL ME IF YOU'RE GETTING AN ITEM BACK IN STOCK?
We don't currently have the facility to let you know when an item is due back in stock. As we like to offer you new and exciting products regularly, we don't tend to restock a lot of our items again.
You could look for something similar? All you need to do is type a description or fabric into the search box on our website.
WHEN WILL MY ACCOUNT BE CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?
If your card is authorised, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful.
If your card is not authorised, payment will not be taken, and we'll email to let you know your bank or card issuer wouldn't authorise the payment.
Please remember that even if a payment isn't authorised, it may look like Islamic Design House has still taken the money as some card issuers may still reserve the money, for a short period of time.
WHY CAN’T ITEMS BE SHIPPED TO MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
To be able to complete your order from our GB store, your delivery address needs to be in the UK or Europe.

Due to the contract we have with our distributor, we’re not able to ship to certain countries in the EU.
If you've added an item to your bag that can't be shipped to your address, please refer to the list of countries above, this may be the reason. If you are unable to checkout with your chosen country, please go to one of our other web stores who may deliver to your country.
