- We accept returns within Fourteen (14) days of purchase (the date you receive your order) in the UK and Twenty One (21) days for EU orders.
- Returns received after this period will not be accepted and you may be liable for the postage costs to return the item(s) back to you. So pls make sure you return item(s) in time!
- Products must be unworn and in its original packaging with all the tags still attached. Failure to comply may result in you incurring a restocking fee of up to 50% deducted from your refund.
- Please do not post the item(s) until you receive an email from us with the return address and instructions for the return.
- Please read the instructions carefully. Failure to comply with the given instructions may result in your return being delayed by up to 60 days.
- Please do not post anything to Amazon. We are not liable for any missing items sent to the wrong address.

How to create a Return Request If you have an account with us.
- Start your return by clicking LOG IN > ACCOUNT > COMPLETED ORDERS > RETURN ITEM
- Once you have found your order, click the "Return item(s)" button
- Select the order then the item(s) you would like to return and mention the reason for your return.
- Choose a return for online store credit or for a refund.
- Submit Return Request.

- We do not notify customers when we receive the parcel. However, we will update the return status which you will receive via email.
- Paypal refunds will be made within 3 working days. Please allow up to 7 working days for card payment refunds and up to 10 working days during SALE periods.
